Zap LP

A coin launched on the LP preset sends its 15% flywheel slice here: it accrues as WETH in the coin's fee ledger, one auditable allocation at a time. The V4 mint isn't wired yet, so nothing deploys — the queue below is the backlog that will, once a coin on this preset approaches graduation and the mint ships.
